home sick today

I'm home with what I'm afraid is the stomach bug that is going around. So far all I have is the poopy part (I know TMI) I just hope I don't get the other part too.

I'm just working on staying hydrated and warm today.

The good thing is my new job allows me to work from home if I need to. I did bring my laptop home with me last night since I knew I wasn't feeling well. I can get some stuff done AND be close to the potty. Oh, the joys of being on salary instead of a time clock!!

Hey there Susan!

I'm so sorry that you are not feeling well.  My daughter had that horrible flu over the holidays.  No one in our house gained any weight because we were all on clear liquids!  Doug and I were fortunate in that we did not actually get it but we stayed on liquid with her to encourage her to stay hydrated.  It was awful for her.

Kisses!
